After years of fluctuation, the market is beginning to normalize and return to pre-pandemic levels. What does that mean? More predictable pricing, balanced inventory, and, in some cases, increased opportunities for both buyers and sellers.
At The Shawn Team, we've been watching these changes closely and have a few key insights to share:
- Interest rates have started to stabilize.
- Inventory is becoming more balanced, offering options without the frenzy.
- Buyers are regaining negotiating power, while sellers with well-priced homes continue to see strong interest.
As you can see in the Tulare County graphs below, most data is still a little less than what it was in 2019, but we're edging closer to equal, and this is a GOOD thing!!
